Booking Retainer & Payment Policy
Booking Retainer & Payment Policy
A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your event date and reserve your rental items. Your date is not considered booked until the retainer payment has been received.
The remaining balance must be paid 5 days prior to your event date. If the final balance is not received by the deadline, your reservation may be subject to cancellation and the retainer will be forfeited.
Damage & Responsibility Policy
The client is responsible for all rented equipment and décor items during the rental period. A damage deposit may be required and will be used to cover any damage, loss, excessive cleaning, or repairs needed after the event.
Any remaining damage deposit balance will be returned after inspection of the rental items. The client is responsible for costs exceeding the damage deposit amount.
Booking Agreement
A signed rental agreement is required before your event date is officially reserved. By signing the agreement, the client acknowledges and accepts all payment, cancellation, responsibility, and damage policies.
